Newsletter 5th Sept 2025

Dear Families,
Welcome back or welcome to our schools and I hope that everyone had an enjoyable summer break!
Please find attached to the email the safeguarding information for September which I know people are finding really helpful.
I have some news to share with you following the vanilla cake sale in July. Nathan shared his Instagram post with me early in the school holidays. The money raised has allowed the charity to repair the classroom below and the post named our schools and a small school in hull for the support.
We will continue to support the charity going forwards and we intend to add Learn Achieve and Become to our SIAMS Christian Vision. We will also be sending a contribution from our Harvest collection plates.

A couple of dates for your diaries. Our first sharing assemblies will be Friday 12th at Sand Hutton and the 19th at Warthill. Further dates will be sent out with this letter from office staff. I would also like to thank, in advance, anyone coming to support Sand Hutton’s PTA Big Help Out on Sunday 21st September (more details to follow). Start keeping fingers crossed for good weather!

And finally, Robinwood! We are so looking forward to taking our Year 5 and 6 representatives to their residential visit. We know that they will have so much fun! See you on Monday morning to wave us all off!

With every best wish,
Beverley Pawson
